Ali has exceptional clients with in the mortgage industry which he continues to work with and assist in their success and growth. Ali places C-suite hires as well as Junior and Trainee roles. Ali is committed to the consultants he works alongside and takes great pride in Stride Recruitment being a consultant-centric environment!

​Rich is a seasoned professional with over 15 years experience with in the property industry. Rich has developed deep expertise in lettings, estate agency, property management, conveyancing, surveying, investment, Build-to-Rent (BTR), and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA). Known for his ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, and assist in achieving their business aspirations and career goals. Rich provides a personal and consultative approach and has an exceptional network within property. When not at work Rich loves spending time with his wife and daughter, friends and family. Rich loves his exercise doing regular HIIT workouts, and exploring as many countries as he can. Rich brings a great energy to all he does!

Matthew brings with him nigh on a decade of  success and market leading experience recruiting with in the Facilities Management and Electrical and Mechanical space. Matthew has forged long-standing relationships and goes above and beyond to provide his clients and candidates service based solutions. Working with national and global outfits Matthew's career and success to date is well recognised amongst clients and industry peers.

Sarah has worked in the legal recruitment industry for the last 6 years, collaborating with leading national and regional law firms for their staffing requirements, from Paralegal to Partner level. Sarah has led and managed legal recruitment teams within this time, training and supporting more junior recruiters under her supervision. Prior to working in recruitment, Sarah was a practicing lawyer, specialising in residential and commercial property.

Charlotte brings with her multiple years of experience and success in a Senior 360 role, specialising in property finance. Charlotte has an incredible network and her focus is with in Bridging Finance, Development Finance, Commercial Finance, Buy-to-Let (BTL), and Residential Finance.

Liam is an IT sector specialist that has focused on Data and Analytics recruitment for the majority of his professional career. With over 3 years recruitment experience Liam started life in the industry as a Delivery Consultant, and soon progressed into a full 360 role, catering for clients and candidates alike.

Liam has gained a wealth of knowledge, experience, and success across Data Recruitment. Liam’s market knowledge is extensive and impressive he has a great understating of the wider sector. Liam's expertise is focussed on BI Development, Cloud Data Engineering and Architecture, and Data Science, and is the go-to recruitment consultant for organisations looking to unlock their Data potential.

Liam is lucky enough to be based in Barcelona, and is having a great time at present as an Aston Villa supporter!

Kyle is a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant, who specialises in Finance & Property appointments. Kyle is a natural relationship builder and has an extensive professional network.
